The Ender 3 is an excellent choice for anyone getting started with 3D printing. It was the first printer I used, and it played a huge role in helping me understand the ins and outs of the process. Once you unbox your 3D printer, it’s essentially ready to start printing. While I’ll be writing a tutorial on how to level the bed, let’s assume you’ve already completed that step and are ready to print your first design. The next step is to visit my STL page and choose a website that offers STL files for download. After selecting a design, you’ll need to convert the STL file into G-code, which is the language your printer understands. To do this, simply download Cura, upload your STL file, select the appropriate printer type, and click the ‘Slice’ button. With that, you’ll have a ready-to-print file, and soon you’ll be bringing your creations to life!
